predictive dialer dials a list of telephone numbers and connects answered dials to people making calls, often referred to as agents. Predictive dialers use statistical algorithms to minimize the time that agents spend waiting between conversations, while minimizing the occurrence of someone answering when no agent is available.

  1. After signup you will receive an email with short video instructions and web links to the Administrator Login and Agent login.
  2. After watching the videos, use a web browser to log into the Administrator to load your leads (phone, name, address), change any dispositions (hangup statuses) and Activate your lead list to be dialed. That’s it, your agents are now ready and able to take calls.
  3.  Your Agent can now login using a Google web browser, accept the permission to use the microphone and then select RESUME to start taking calls. Once a call is complete the agent will HANGUP the call and select a DISPOSITION status of how the call went. After the DISPOSITION they are ready for the next call until they select PAUSE.
  1. The remote agent should use an internet service with a Quality of Service connection QOS suited for voice traffic to prevent delay and jitter and have a minimum bandwidth speed of at least 2 Meg up and down
  2. Agents can login using any device but must use a Google Chrome web browser and a headset plugged into that device or at least have a microphone and speakers. Google Chrome has a built in web phone and there is no downloads or plugins. They just login using the URL link given to them, accept to use the Microphone permission on the first login and they are ready to go!

Yes. You send them the link which has the login and password. All they need to do is use a Google web browser, click the link and login. They then select permissions to use their Microphone the first time and should hear “Connected”. They are now ready to take calls by selecting RESUME in the upper left hand corner. The agent display is simple and intuitive for them to use. After each call they will need to hangup and select a disposition. When they want to take a break they then select PAUSE. It’s that simple.  

Yes! You can add an agent at any time by logging into your billing portal and selecting Add/Remove Agents. Agents are prorated for the month until the next billing cycle. 

Yes! We have many clients from around the world with crystal clear communication and NO noticeable delay. This is because our cloud services are on a major internet backbone. All we require is that the remote agent is using an internet service with a quality connection and a minimum bandwidth speed of at least 2 Meg up and down. 

  • Billing is typically a flat rate all inclusive so there are no surprises. 
  • Once you select a plan we will need a credit card on file. The day of the new plan signup will be your billing day for each month. 
  • Any new agents or services will be prorated and billed at the time of service and the full price is added to your monthly bill. 

We recommend watching the short videos first but if you still have questions then you may email us or call in to talk to a live support professional.  Our hours are Monday through Friday 9am – 6pm EST. 

  • Your account is month to month so canceling is easy. You can cancel in your billing account under “PLANS” or send us an email or call and we will suspend your account and billing at that time.
