Is this a SIP dialer?
Yes. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is software that is used to place phone calls via VoIP phone systems. Because this system is a VoIP dialer, by default it is also a SIP dialer.

The monthly fee to use this cloud predictive dialer is based on the number of seats and the minutes used. You pay just $79 for Basic Dialer or Upgraded dialer promotions and you get unlimited minutes of dial time. There is a 1-time setup fee of $25 per seat.
Are the monthly fees prorated if I only use a seat for part of the month?
You are billed on the same day every month.
